Way-no hi-o

Computer ordering, or calling by phone and ordering items doesn't work. They can't seem to talk with thier drivers, the heart of thier customer service team, or direct them with the correct loads or delivery locations. Changing your order doesn't work either. Poor customer service and lack of concern for long term dedicated customers.
