Derek and Brett were both extremely helpful and patient in testing speakers. Much better set up than Baileys Crossroads store. There are still issues in choosing which amplifiers to use with specific speakers, but at least the speakers are properly set up for critical listening.

Called them 3 times walked in 2 times to install my home theater setup. The only problem is I had all the speakers, equipments and projector bought beforehand and I was not going invest on anything but a receiver and the labor. They didn’t find interest in my project. After 2nd walk-in some one came took the measurements. That’s it. Not even an estimate.

Magnolia let me down. Projector broke barely after 11 months. Bestbuy installer found that the designer designed system/order equipment is insufficient for the functionality what I asked for. BTW , Magnolia folks are worst at giving us documentation on what they did or configgured for Home Theater. If you change password for Wi-Fi, their systems will NOT work anymore. Magnoloa/Bestnuy will try to buy you into yearly contract for 99 a month (May be one of the reason they don;t want to give you details on what they configured). If you change Wi-Fi we need to call Bestbuy.... REALLY folks??? I started recommending GRAMOPHONE, Maryland to my friends over BestBuy. DETAILS -------------- I was building my basement Media Room, and in the process did shop around for quality media room. I worked with Gramophone, Maryland and Bestbuy because I just want the best. Due to proximity and few bucks of price difference, I decided to go with Bestbuy. The "Biggest Mistake" I made was believing Bestbug is going to provide me Best Services. To be clear "BestBuy" is NOT equal to "Best Service" or even best design. After multiple unsuccessful text messages and calls, visited Bestbuy to catch hold of the so called designer who delivered my system. He sent a technician to look into my non-star-table Projector. They told me I get a Projector under Manufacturer warranty and got a REFURBISHED projector. When I talked to Bestbuy, they say they don;t know anything and I need to talk to manufacturer. The above drama is still going on and now I realize that i should have gone GRAMOPHONE, Maryland. I started recommending GRAMOPHONE, Maryland to my friends over BestBuy.
