Connie was an absolute dream to work with! We looked all over and found our home right in our backyard. Connie walked us through the entire process and made things extremely easy. Connie was absolutely wonderful to work with in finding and purchasing my new home. She went above and beyond to help me purchase the perfect home. The manager Heath was also very kind and worked with me in purchasing the home I truly loved. This was my second time to purchase from this dealer and I would highly recommend them to everyone. This place has the prettiest houses I’ve ever seen! The salesman and manager were very nice and helpful. They have the best prices of any lot we visited. Lots of homes to look at! I will be buying here soon!
I appreciated the service at Magnolia Estates in Brookhaven, but their business practices is less than normal in my opinion. Maybe they need to communicate the policy and procedures in more detail so potential customers want be caught in a situation like I was. Fortunately I was able to correct my situation though my bank. Explain in details what your policy and procedures are. Who knows maybe I'll go back.
