Bowen helped us select tablecloths, napkins and runners for our son's rehearsal dinner at the Country Club In Clarksdale. He was very knowledgeable and willing to work within our budget. Delivery was on time and there were no issues whatsoever. It came out beautifully and we had so many compliments about it. We would highly recommend Magnolia for event or party rentals!

Sloppy workers that do sloppy work. They broke my personal tent when they came to take down their tent. Didn't apologize or nothing, broke some of my vases and teke light's. First of all they put up a dirty tent. I had them to come back and clean it. So I guess they were mad at me, so I think that's why they damaged my tent and be me my vases and teke. Be it known God will correct this. They may not answer to me but they will answer to God.

We rented a hydraulic brush hog that u walk behind and well when we got it back to the house we had to put air in one of the tires 3 times just to get some work done until it finally came off the ring the 4th time noted this tire had 6 giant plugs in it already which they should have replaced the tire long ago well so I call and the guy who answered not very friendly to say the least so I take it up there and the mechanic agrees should have been replaced long ago so I wait approximately 45 min for them to go get new tire and put on manager gave me a extra 4 hours with rental and I was ok with that get half way home they call mechanic forgot to put something on it so I turn around go back then I get it back home all you find out he didnt put a pin in it so it still wouldn't work call again they said they would send the guy to my house to fix well he got here and just loaded it up and left with out saying a word I call again and guy picks up phone with frustration although its is there fault and is like I'll give you a refund and be done with it very rudely I'm sorry but that is not how you take care of business. Very unacceptable and unprofessional needless to say we will never rent again from them or recomend anyone to do business at this location tip of the day if you do not like your job get another one !!!!
