I don't know if my expectations were too high since I've never used a cleaning service before, but I was really let down at the level of service for your cost, which was quite high compared to other independent cleaners and companies. For a 5 hour clean of almost 300 dollars, I was expecting a DEEP clean, but that's not what I got. My house looked nice - toilets and tubs were scrubbed, but nothing different than a surface clean that I could have done myself. All points on checklist were checked by the agent that came to my home, but not all items were done. There was still quite a bit of dust on knick knacks and shelving, not all pictures were dusted, and no baseboards in any of my 3 bathrooms were cleaned. An expensive lesson for me to learn, but I will not be a returning customer.

I enjoy having someone doing all the dusting and cleaning all the ceilings fans. There are a lot of areas I can no longer keep clean but the maids do a great job. I’m pleased with smell & shin of my home.
They showed up 3.5 hours late and then said they wouldn’t clean the place. Blake on the phone got an attitude after they already said they could clean the place when I sent pictures. I had to ask the maids to leave my property because they didn’t want to do their job.
