I've had a mailbox here for multiple years. The location is very convenient and secure with a physical address as opposed to a P.O. Box, so I have peace of mind for mail and packages. Great service.

After repeatedly experiencing mailbox theft and the subsequent identity theft issues, I opened a private mailbox in Issaquah at the Mail Clinic in 2017. I was able to scan and submit the required identification and contract to Robert and open a box from 300 miles away. Fast-forward to Christmas and the locked boxes in my neighborhood were pried open during the night, stressing what a good decision this was. I appreciate having an actual street address for UPS or Fedex deliveries to a live office environment. I was even able to get passport documents notarized and FedExed on a Saturday morning. Thank you.

Recently made a challenging customer experience a positive one. I plan on changing this to a 5 star review as I continue to do business with them. September is my next mailbox renewal and will look forward to a great renewal. Owner called and made great effort to focus on customer service. They called on renewal (a simple 9 per month mailbox renewal) - just insisted had to speak with me. An email or letter with renewal notice would have been convenient. Spent time to call back and then get called the next day. Now they need my credit card number. Then I get called back 5 days later. They lost my credit card number. How can we trust them with our mail and shipping if they lose our credit card? This exact same scenario happened last year as well! They had to call back because they didn't have my credit card number the lady called and got from me a day before. So two years in a row. I am a busy guy! Just a ton going on with kids, a business, volunteer work, and businesses like this really hurt and don't help me get through the day! Hopefully they will get themselves straightened out and will come back and update this review. I know it is hard to run a small business, but some things need to be organized and well run.
Nothing is worse than poor customer service at a service oriented business.. I ask the gentleman for tape for my small phone box. His answer was "you don't have any tape?" I obviously didn't or wouldn't be asking for some.. I said no and he put a small peice on there. When I asked for more to secure the box better he told me they ask that you come in with your items already taped. That is fair. But then why do they have two large tape rolls at the check out? The place I usually go, Post net, offer to tape it up and secure your labels. They are very generous in their business. Granted I wasn't paying for any service at mail clinic. Just a drop off ready with a mailing label. But that doesn't seem to be a problem at Post net. I did offer to buy some tape from him.. but he declined my offer. Walked away from me before I could even say thank you. Too bad.
We have used their service for 4 years. They are very friendly and always have the best service.
Friendly, helpful service, quality products, reasonable prices. My time is very valuable to me, so knowing I can walk in and get some postal needs completed all in one spot for a fraction of the time it would take me at Kinkos or the post office is wonderful.
This place has wonderful service! I got a phone call today because I received an overnight package and they wanted to let me know that it had arrived. I've never had any mail service do that before. Thank you!
