I was in the store to rent a box. When I pulled up in the parking lot, I saw Erik closing the store. It was 2:16p.m. I asking if the store was open. His answer was, hi was going to luch. Hi was returning at 2:30p.m. It didn't make sense that he was going to lunch. And just for 14 minites. I don't think they strive for customer service at all.

Horrible horrible horrible, The guy behind the desk Eric was rude disrespect and refused to help us get our mail when we had everything that was required and had already paid for our box for 2 months.. he still refused to give us our mail that was time sensitive. He wanted our sister to come from anaheim and show her I'd even though all our names were on the box and he had her I'd on file And all notarized paperwork required. He refused to give us the paperwork we were waiting for to bury our mother. He sent it all back so we have to go thru hoops now to get it sent again..

This is a horrible place, Eric is awful, rude, and should be fired. He does whatever he likes and decided all by himself to cancel my mailbox after I already had it a month and paid for the next month. Hes not even the owner so who gives him the right to affect my mail? Dont go here, theres better places to go
