I love the changes since the new management has taken over. I have found many very nice items to purchase in the boutique area for upcoming holiday gifts for others as well as for myself. The staff is always courteous and attentive and take pride in paying attention to customer needs and getting packages out in a timely manner. I encourage u to check it out. It is far better than going to the post office.

***DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION*** This mailbox store location switched owners somewhere around the end of September/beginning of October. I have used this mailing store for three years and had zero problems with it over those three years. However, the new owner is clearly trying to spruce the place up and make it more than just a shipping/mailbox location. She owns the store with her husband who knows how to do absolutely nothing with the store. She is rude and extremely disrespectful. She would much rather do business with customers over the phone than with customers in the store. She never even acknowledged me when I entered the store. She continued her phone conversation. She never said hold on just a minute to me or the person on the phone. Her husband walked up to the counter area near me, walked back to a chair without speaking a word to me, and plopped himself down in a chair. I will never do any business or give any money to this store again. It's sad to see a store change hands from an owner with pretty decent customer service skills to this woman who quite clearly doesn't even understand the basics of customer service: GREET YOUR CUSTOMER.

this place is run terribly! hire another person to actually help customers. this NEW owner says phone customers are equally important as in-person customers. as a regular phone customer of places, I generally agree. HOWEVER, if you're doing a lot of phone business and making people wait in your store for 10-15 minutes just to ship one package or buy a book of stamps, MAYBE just MAYBE you should add some staff to your location. YOU WILL WAIT FOR A LONG TIME AT THIS STORE! It will not be a quick in and out. It's like that interminable wait in a doctor's office where you never get called back at the actual time of your appointment and you have no idea how long you will actually spend there for something that was supposed to be a quick in and out. perhaps in the time of a global pandemic, you should make an effort to get your in-person customers OUT of your store as quickly as possible in order to maintain a safe situation. Your phone customers are at no risk of contracting COVID. Perhaps in that situation you could take a number and call them back. BOTTOM LINE: GO TO THE UPS STORE ON WESTGATE. The NEW owner of this store has no idea how to provide customer service (maybe unless you're on the phone with her.)

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Had to send something to a PO box overnight, which only USPS can do and I didn't know. They hooked me up with what I needed to make sure it goes to where it needs to go. Would recommend. 5 out of 7 with rice. A perfect score!

These guys were helpful and made shipping some paintings to FL easy. Another 3rd party UPS store quoted me over 3 times as much which would've eaten most of my profit.

The staff is very friendly and the store is always clean and smells good.

if i could give this place zero stars, i would. the owner, kirsten, is rude and really unhelpful. with the post office on manchaca, the ups store on westgate, the two mailbox stores on escarpment and slaughter, you surely have choices. i would never make the choice to go into this location and give them my money again. choose wisely!

I have used this business for years. I have always been pleased with their service! And all packages have arrived safely and on time. I love that they have my name and frequent mail to addresses on hand. Thank you for a great service!
