Victoria is so helpful and quick whenever I go in. She is an amazing multitasker! I don’t know how she does it some days. I go in on a weekly basis to print large scale blue prints. Always greeted with a smile, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Asked the lady is she can just put tape on the label. Her answer was I’ll charge you 3 or you can buy tape and do it yourself. Wow really! UPS will gladly tape for u labels or even packages with a smily face and no attitude. So nope never coming back!

I had an important document that needed to be Fedex’d back to the originator. She had emailed me a label, but I needed a Fedex envelope. I drove 15 miles to find a place where I could get one; Mailbiz was my destination. When I requested a FedEx envelope from the woman in charge, she refused me because I was using a label provided from another account holder. She said she needed the envelopes for her own customers. I offered to buy one, or buy something else in the store if she would just give me an envelope. She refused that as well. In these times of pandemic crisis and uncertainty, helpfulness and kindness goes a long way. SHAME on that woman ... how different people are ... I drove 2 more miles down the road to PARCEL PLUS. They greeted me with a smile, warmth and kindness and a FEDEX envelope!

Went in Early today, with antibacterial wipes in hand, so i wouldn't have to be in there with other people (coronaphobe). Greeted with a smile and a how are you today? Very friendly, cost of mailing out packages was very competitively priced, place has a homey feel to it. So comfortable. I coulda got a cup of coffee and sat and chatted for a long while. used my wipes on my hands and credit card. A Great Experience.
