Two bad experiences. The first time I went Mailbox Center actually forgot to put postage on my item and it was returned to me -- and it was an important item. The second time I went, this week, to mail 2 items, they lady at the desk said they literally had no stamps and could not mail regular letters. She looked uninterested and seemed like she didn't even want to talk to me. When I left she looked relieved that she didn't have to get up from her desk. I honestly have no idea how this place stays in business.
The young lady running the \front desk\ is helpful and friendly. She bends over backwards to help customers. If only every business in America was this friendly! :-)

According to the post office, Jack signed for a package of mine and then denied it had ever come, and was extremely rude to me when I inquired about it. When I asked him to double check that it wasn't' in the back, he said \hell no\. It's a very surprising change, he used to be extremely nice when I came to the post box. After years of doing business here, I have to say, I'm very disappointed with the way I was treated by the owner.
