John the manager is very nice. I have used the store for 25 years. .
I will never go back here despite how convenient the location is. I dropped off a package there, just a drop-off, on Dec 27th. I was given my receipt w/ tracking. Today is Jan 6th--I called the attendant at Mailbox Shop to let him know the tracking # still says pending on the USPS site and he had me on the phone for 15min trying to figure out what happened. He finally ended by saying he doesn't know what happened and to call USPS. The recipient of the package still hasn't received it. Not sure what to do at this point, but I am currently out 40.
I always enjoy going to this store. The young man is always friendly and helpful. I prefer going to this store rather than the post office where the lines are much too long. I send items overseas through them as well as within the borders of the US.
