5 STARS FOR SURE!!! This is a wonderful mail station! I've been using it for years and am very glad to have found it. The owner is super nice and always helpful. I would highly recommend going here for all your mailing needs. It's much more convenient than the Post Office and is right downtown. EXCELLENT customer service! Great all around!

Great experience! After agreeing to a one year commitment and paying the entire one year cost, I expressed some hesitancy about the size of the mailbox. Instead of saying \tough luck\ the owner, Jeremy, was willing to refund a majority of what I paid. Even better, he came up with a resolution to install a large mailbox to accommodate my needs. This level of customer service is unusual. I was impressed and will be honoring by one year commitment!
Having a mailbox here is super easy and Jeremy is great to work with. Always has a smile on his face and is always helpful with anything I need. I've had boxes in other places over the years and have nothing but positive things to say about Mailbox Station and Jeremy.
We have had our mailbox for the past 4 years and Jeremy is professional and courteous every single time we go in to check the mail. I left my phone in there one time and he put it in my mailbox for me:). When we closed out our mailbox he was genuinely sorry that we were moving in, but offered to hold our mail and send it to us if needed. Great customer service!!!
