This place has the best customer service. Each time I have had to mail anything it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Even if there is a line, they are attentive and let you know they will be with you shortly. Always a great experience! I went in recently to mail an international package to a military base and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The guy who helped me was AMAZING. He made it a quick, easy and smooth process. I recommend this place for all your mailing needs!!

Everyone here is extremely helpful and professional. I appreciate that they try to find the most cost-effective solution when I ask, versus trying to upsell me on something. This shows the business has a lot of integrity.
This is my favorite place to ship packages. The folks who work there are friendly and really chill. Just today, the person who helped saved me quite a bit of money by moving the content of my package from my box, which was half empty to a plastic bag. That was awesome. I keep forgetting to get his name. Everyone behind the counter has been great.

Exceptional Customer Service and Packaging - Shipping Services. I needed two very delicate, irreplaceable pieces of art shipped to another state. One alternative was to spend almost 1,000 plus on a heavy wooden crate and over 500 for shipping. The team at Mail Post used extreme care and packaged everything perfectly and my artwork was delivered in PERFECT condition - much better than was possible for about 1/10th the price! This probably sounds corny but they made me feel like my irreplaceable art objects were every bit as important to them. Bravo - as a rule, I don't write many reviews but these guys deserve to have others know how good they are. They performed so well, they're packaging another shipment of very sensitive measurement equipment for me now. Unheard of customer service in this day and age. I wouldn't hesitate to have them ship anything, anywhere.
