He diagnosed the problem, fixed it then completely explained what he did and gave me instructions on how to avoid this issue in the future. Main Commercial are amazing. Kim and Jessica are always great at getting a tech out to get my Freezer working and my ovens. Brian is like an encyclopedia of knowledge on diagnosing and repairing both heating and cooling commercial equipment. I would highly recommend using this company. They are very reliable and very trust worthy. I have used many companies to service my commercial equipment. I am so glad I found Main Commercial Cooking & Refrigeration in 2014, now I don't use anyone else. Everyone at this company is fantastic

I own an assisted living facility. I called this company for an estimate understanding that there would be a 150 charge for a minimum of 1 hour. The repair man came, was in the building for 15 minutes and we were charged for 1 hr and 45 minutes. I called to complain and the service manager argued that the additional time was spent getting prices on the replacement parts. After protesting, she agreed to take the difference off of the repair quote. They came and did the repair which was around 1000 and 3 days later the oven ceased to work. We called and asked them to call when they were coming back so the chef or administrator would be there. They did not call and returned when neither the chef or the administrator were on site. They again claimed they had been there for 1 hr and 45 minutes and charged us 221 to replace a 20 part. The oven still did not work and they said it would be another 400 to replace another part. I would never do business with this company again and caution you not to also. There are good people out there trying to make an honest living. This company is certainly not one of them. They don't even deserve one star.
