I rented some chairs, bouncy castle and tables for a small event. It rained the day of the event, so I was only able to use the bouncer for an hour or 2. I think it would be fair to get a discount. I was only given a 20 off and the waiver fee in the contract was charged. I was told I could either get one and not both. Please do not rent anything from them. Horrible service.
