I have been a customer for a couple years. I buy vape juice, and pods for my SMOK. I have 7 friends, that will nolonger will go there. Reason is the shorter guy in there. My son bought a 24.00 throw away vape pen. He couldn't take coal tabacco on the trip. My son had to defend himself.. My son opened it and it was already broken. He went back, the guy told him he can't take it back. He went outside. My 25 yr old told him he wanted an exchange. No go until my son said when you go into grocery store, one doesn't have to open all the groceries??? Now exchange.

I really like the employees that work here. They will do what they can to make their customers happy. They have a really good selection of quality vape stuff, glass, and everything in between. Best prices in ramona as well. Love this shop!

This shop is amazing... by far, the best I've been in yet! The selection is extensive, the products are quality for reasonable prices, and the service you get from Sean and Robby is outstanding! The first time I went in to Main Smoke Shop, I had so many questions, and not only were they very patient with me, but they also adequately answered all of my questions. I absolutely recommend if you are anywhere in San Diego County, taking a drive up to Ramona and checking these guys out, and if you are in Ramona already, don't even bother leaving town to look anywhere else! Thank you Sean and Robby for the great service!
