We consulted a number of local landscaping firms in the area and decided to go with Main Street because of their attention to detail and personalized service. The end product surpassed my expectations and was very well done. They even went above and beyond what we agreed to and laid an extra 100 sq. ft. of Sod to cover a muddy area at no cost. They took their time and made perfect cuts to the pavers so the patio looks seamless around edges and posts. Thank you Main Street! Highly recommend

The landscaping and irrigation project Main Street Landscape completed was top notch. However, I would never use them again as their customer service follow-up is the worst I have ever experienced with a professional contractor, regardless of the job. Once the job is done and they leave, forget it. I have been trying to have someone, anyone, address an issue with my irrigation installation for ten (10) months now. Repeated calls and text messages are fruitless. The sales rep is great, but not he or corporate can ever get a MSL professional to assess my yard issue. It has become laughable. No one has even visited my property to determine the cause of my issues.Please consider their post- project support before you sign a contract with them; it is the worst in the landscaping business.
We had a very simple project but the team at Main Street Landscape made us feel like we were a top priority every step of the way. They designed a beautiful front garden for us that included a stone retaining wall, two new trees, and several beautiful flowering bushes. I told them that I basically had a black thumb and needed something low maintenance and beautiful - they really delivered!!!
We consulted Main Street Landscape to design a new front landscape for our house we just moved into, which had suffered from years of neglect by the previous owner. They offered very good customer service from the start. Our designer, Jennifer, had excellent ideas and a great eye for color. While we ultimately decided to go a different route, we were favorably impressed enough to recommend MSL for anyone looking to revitalize their curb appeal.
