The staff is very friendly and they complete all of our monograms requests very quickly and their prices are superb!! Plus the gift store is just packed with funny goodies to look at...we get a lot of items done here because they are so fast & friendly

Found this place when searching for someone to put my boys names on their beach towels— I waited until the last minute (the day before our beach trip), and these guys were the only ones willing/able to help me! I went in, and after being helped by the girl at the counter I just looked around the shop while waiting. They have really cute stuff— from jewelry, to beach totes, to toddler nap mats and more, definitely a good variety of items, as they had a little bit of everything, and the prices were definitely fair. The work done was great. I will definitely use them going forward, and recommend them to others as well.

Do NOT order from this company. Wish I could give no stars. When ordering for our daughter's GIRLS SOFTball team the owner ordered the jerseys in a men's large. They swallowed the girls and they couldn't wear them for their tournament. When we escalated this to the owner Donna, she was helpful at first but then later reigned on what she had agreed to do and said that it wasn't her fault because we "didn't specify women's" when we placed our order. Which is incredulous because surely that's implied when ordering for a 12 year girls softball team. She did agree to replace them all but only if I returned all the other ones....the ones she will be throwing away. Not only did that say to me that she was trying to make me have a chore to do just for spite but when I tried to explain how this was not acceptable she continued to argue with me over and over again until I couldn't take it anymore. I was so frustrated with her and this company that I decided it would be better to find a different local company and just re order the whole thing and pay out of pocket for it. (Keep in mind coaches are volunteers and now we are out hundreds of dollars on top of our time.) Our softball commissioner agreed that this isn't the kind of company we want to do business with and I hope this review helps to save someone else this trouble.
Always so helpful with suggestions for fonts and color. They are the only place I trust to have my granddaughter’s clothes monogrammed. Extremely pleased with their work! Strongly recommend!
They monogrammed my bridesmaids' gifts and did a beautiful job! The prices were very reasonable and the work was great! The workers were all very nice - she even helped me make a decision about the color to be monogrammed. I will definitely be back!
