Made an appointment for 10:45 to get an oil change and still had to wait an hour before seeing my truck get started on. Was informed that my battery was bad and cabin air filter needed to be changed (both true) but didn't like the price I was given to replace them so I did the work myself. 249 to replace the battery with one that cost around 169 and 79 to replace a 20 dollar cabin air filter. Now I understand labor cost and everything but some locations offer battery replacement for free or for a small fee and as for the 10 minutes it takes to replace the cabin air filter 59 seems a bit much.
Five stars! Highly recommended! Daulton was very helpful and very easy to work with to buy my dream car. We scheduled an appointment, I came in for a test drive, sat down to talk numbers, it was easy to make the deal. Lindsy in the finance office was very nice to work with as well, made the process very straight forward and as fast as it could be. Within a few minutes of signing all the paperwork I was given the keys to a freshly washed car with a full tank of gas. Very happy with Maita Chevrolet!
Started through Internet contact with Dan. Very responsive and provided answers to all my questions. Came in the same day to view the vehicle. Dan had vehicle in inspection and on to detail department understanding our interest to purchase. Financing went through and we were ready to buy. Took a quick test drive and finalized our deal. Very friendly staff and positive experience!
