We have purchased lift trucks (a forklift and a rider jack and two walkie jacks) and have our service done quarterly plus repairs when necessary to our small fleet of nine machines we rely on daily to operate. Malin is hands down the best of the three companies I've dealt with in the past few years and recommend them everyone in my industry. Their techs do quick clean work and are willing to explain in detail what is going on, I like to be informed of how and where I am spending money and they are concise and never offended at my questions.
It seems that if you are not a huge 6 figure customer you come second, or third. I have had billing issues, incorrectly repaired machines, and reps that are almost impossible to reach.
we get forklift services in Houston area, one time the technical came to do the Schedule Maintenance and at the same time I asked him to send me a formal repair quote to change some tie rods, the quote came about a week later and since I did not approve the job they charge me 175.31 for the technical time even I called them and explain to them that I just asked the technical one question he did not did anything else, now I totally understand if they send a technical just for an estimate but on this case the technical was already at the shop.
A totally fraud company, if you ever want do business with them, need get ready to losing your time and money, if you already sign any business with them, please be patient, because they will never done it in time, when they say 1-2 weeks, it maybe 1-2month, and it may never get done, they cheat customer just like a joke, I really don't understand how they can survive in the market, based on fraudulence? --Update The sales director was really did a great help, he fixed everything at the end, well, not too bad now!
Less about the company, more about one of the drivers. I guess he didn't like how I was riding, so he slowed down to yell obscenities at me. I can understand doing so in a private car but not in a company truck. All he did was take his eyes off the road during his turn so her could say how much he didn't like me. Tsk Tsk Tsk. I wouldn't trust this man in my vehicle. Make sure not to upset truck number 117.
