Great customer service. The guys here are were knowledgeable both times I stopped by and even though I don't know much about microphones they were very kind and patient. I appreciate their professionalism and treating me with respect. They also have a great selection of instruments and seemed willing to help me get in stock what ever I needed.

I was on the hunt for a left handed guitar with an HSS configuration and a Floyd Rose for quite a while. A friend of mine brought to my attention a guitar that Mammoth Music had in stock that met all of my requirements, but was located roughly 4,000 miles away in Anchorage, AK. I immediately called the store and was greeted by a gentleman named Tommy. Tommy was INCREDIBLY helpful in giving me all of the details about the guitar, and even offered to take down the listing while I acquired the funds, as he could tell I was very serious about purchasing the guitar. These guys really are a top notch store. Customer service is immaculate and they're great guys to chat with about all things music, and in my case, guitar. I would GLADLY purchase more instruments from them, as they stocked my case with all sorts of Mammoth Music goodies (Straps, patches, stickers... the works!) I look forward to the day that I get to deal with them again - THEY ARE AMAZING AT WHAT THEY DO!
