Mallard Island Yacht Club is honestly one of the best venues in all of New Jersey! Everything is onsite and it makes it super easy for you. The bridal suite is probably the most insanely elegant space you will ever see. I don't even know how high the ceilings are but you could fly a plane through it there's so much room. The ceremony space outside is incredible and rain or shine it is perfect. Also if its hot they can open the barn doors to give more air flow. The cocktail hour space is gorgeous and its all a tease until you get up to the main room with beautiful views of the bay! The food, staff, venue are all top notch and can't wait to be there again!

This is going to be a bit strange coming from a wedding vendor instead of a wedding client, but I want to share my experience with Mallard Island Yacht Club. I photograph weddings at dozens upon dozens of venues, and MIYC does a stellar job all around. It's an excellent place to get married. Here's why: The scenery is outstanding. Beautiful bay views, an amazing \getting ready\ space, and beautiful architecture. There are plenty of good opportunities for photographers to take you and your wedding party around to get beautiful shots. Venues are supposed to give good customer service to their clients and guests, but when a venue is helpful to other vendors, it shows they care in an almost holistic way about providing a good overall experience. That means they're going to take excellent care of you and your guests. Their staff, from top to bottom, was helpful and accommodating to me in my efforts to make my (and their) client's experience the best it could be. That's the kind of venue you want to choose for your wedding.

I’ve been to two weddings here and the venue is always beautiful. Large wrap around deck for outside views of the bay as well as the cute waterside barn where the ceremonies are held. Nice fire pit for more intimate gatherings. Food is good too. This was my perceptions as a guest, not sure what it’s like to work with the venue to plan an event.

Attended the wedding and reception of a long-time family friend. Our son was in the wedding party and as such we felt a special relationship to the groom also. The wedding venue was gorgeous and on the water, and the reception hall was no less impressive. From the start of the cocktail hour, until the last cup of coffee, and dessert, the staff was amazing. The food was a gastronomic delight. My compliments to the chef and his/her staff! Each course was a delicious surprise. My family came home filled to capacity. An excellent choice for your occasion.
