I went to make a 10,000.00 purchase, walk in the store just after opening and was told that I could not be in the store unless I wore a mask. There were 3 people visible in the store at the time none of which were wearing a mask. I cannot wear a mask for health reasons or it will send me to the hospital. I asked the guy that was not wearing a mask why they did not have on a mask and he said it’s just us here. I also asked if he was aware that none of the cloth masks are medically approved and that none of the masks available to the public will filter COVID19 and he said it’s his bosses rule. Keep being sheep, forcing people to wear a mask is nothing more than a conditioning tool. I will be spending my hard earned money somewhere else I have updated the rating to a 3 star rating after finally being able to speak with someone in store and making a 12,000 purchase. Do not expect them to answer the phone though.

This is a long review, I apologize. I have a gas wood stove made by Jotul, the fireplace was working but the fire output was very low. When the service guys came out they said I needed a 400 part to repair the fireplace and I had to pay for it before they would schedule to come out and replace it. They were the second company that had come out to look at it my gas wood stove, so I said okay. When the part was replaced it did nothing to fix the issue with the output. I told technician this before he left and I called the company the next day. (As a note, they did not make me pay the service fee of 80 because the part didn't actually fix my fireplace.) The technician and the guy who I talked to at the store told me I had to have the gas company come out and fix the gas distributor, because the gas pressure was the issue. They insisted even after I told them that my gas stove, heating, and water did not seem to have a problem. When I insisted that the part they replaced was not the problem, they told me that they would charge me to come back out and look it again if gas company could not fix the issue. I watched several YouTube videos on gas fireplaces, and it seemed that there was probably something that needed to be cleaned out. I am not an expert so I had a 3rd Fireplace company come out to see if they could tell me what the problem was or if I really needed to call the gas company. Turns out there was a bugs nest in the gas output line and the issue had nothing to do with the pressure. I do not want to give a business a bad review, but it was a very expensive part that did not fix the issue. They were quick to offload the problem and told me they would charge me to come back out. This was a very disappointing, frustrating, and long experience.
