We recently used Precision Tech to swap out a chandelier and replace it with recessed lights. We had used them prior to hang a light in another room that required some expertise.From start to finish both times, the experience was amazing. Professional, neat, clean and honest!

We have used Precision Tech twice in the past to install our exterior AC units and again this time to install a new furnace in our attic (we have a 2-zone home) when the 21-year-old original builder's grade unit from 1999 began to fail, particularly the coil. Precision Tech is always very professional and responsive and gave us options we needed in terms of product replacement and financing and agreed to an extended warranty (labor). The installation (on June 4, 2020) was very professional. In the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, despite the heat, the team used proper PPE. A new, smart thermostat was also added to our bedroom. The installation was well done and we anticipate a long life for the new Rheem equipment.
We hired Precision Tech to install a 16KW Generac natural gas whole house generator. We are very pleased with the job they did. The sales person Jeff came to our house and gave us an estimate which is exactly what it cost us. The plumber Toby was super nice and professional and efficient. The electrician Andrew and his assistant Emmett were super efficient and professional. All the techs wore masks. They explained everything they did, answered all my questions, and left the premises spotless, inside and out. Jeff came back to set up the generator on my wifi and smartphone, and spent extra time to be sure my router connected to the generator and I understood how to access the smartphone app. The office staff was also super polite and very helpful. We got what I considered to be a very good price for the work done. I can't praise this company enough.
Precision Tech does good quality work at a competitive price. The electrician was very professional and completed the task on time. My 4-star eating has to do more with the front office and it’s customer service and not the quality of work or professionalism of the electrician. The office displayed no sense of urgency in obtaining and following up on requested permit despite being informed of sense of urgency as they were installing an EV charger. I had to call the office to follow-up, pick-up the permit from township and call back for appt. scheduling. Front office was however very prompt in calling for final inspection so that the invoice balance can be settled. Little more customer focus approach would have been welcomed.
I have had the pleasure of using Precision Tech twice for my recessed lighting and couldn't be happier. Their staff and electricians are prompt, courtesy and efficent. I had over 20 LED recessed lights placed over two years (once in 2016 and the other time in November 2018) -both times have been great. I highly recommend Precision Tech for any of your electrical work.
