My experience at The Curvy Bride was amazing. I’m a plus size bride at the low end of plus size. Some of the samples were large on me, but they did an amazing job clipping me into the gowns. They were so friendly and accommodating. I tried on several gowns and I went over my appointment time, but that was no issue. I didn’t make a decision, but I did fall in love with one of the dresses. They respected that I needed to show pictures to my mother and think it over. If you’re a curvy bride definitely make an appointment at this salon!

As someone who has been running around with a bride trying to find a dress for the very first time ever, I had no idea what the experience was like. I thought it was like in the movies where you get a private room with champagne and it was all fun and a blast. The first place we went to wasn't like that at all. We shared a space with 3-4 other brides and it was so hectic. The Curvy Bride was the movie experience. The appearance itself was so nice and elegant. It was private. The staff was friendly and patient. And at the end of it all, there was champagne! We had a great time. Hopefully the photos speak for themselves. This place is great. I would recommend it to anyone.
I can't even express how wonderful my saying yes to the dress experience was. From the moment I walked into the store I felt comfortable and I knew I’d leave there with a dress I absolutely loved. Being plus size I was so nervous I wasn't going to be able to find a dress I loved and have this special experience but it was everything I could have hopped for and more. Mary Ann was great!! Such a wonderful person to work with and made my dress experience unforgettable!!THANK YOU!!
I have never had a more enjoyable shopping experience! As a plus size bride I was nervous but from the second you walk in you are given the warmest welcome. It is smaller than the average bridal store so you definitely get a more intimate experience. Even with Covid restrictions it was an amazing experience! They were patient, kind, helpful and made it so much fun! I was able to feel the most confident and beautiful I have ever felt in my life and can’t wait to wear the dress I purchased from The Curvy Bride on my wedding day!
Had a great time trying on dresses and was able to pick my dress in one visit! Staff is very helpful and not forceful at all. You'll feel very comfortable and it's nice to try dresses on that actually fit! Thanks again for everything!
