Unfortunately, I have been in multiple accidents throughout the years. But thanks to Caliber Collision, I can always trust my vehicle will come out looking brand new again. Its a one stop shop, you drop off your car and they arrange to have enterprise pick you up. The entire time they will keep you updated with text updates. Everyone there is very helpful and turn around time is always quick. Great shop!

Caliber collision completed my body work within the quoted time frame. When inspecting the work, I was instructed on best maintenance and continued care. They were also so convinced that the work was good that they told me to come back no charge if anything was not to my satisfaction. I used USAA insurance to initiate repair. Excellent service and quality work.
I brought in my car about a month ago after hitting a deer. I have a BRAND NEW car that I just got back in July so up until the deer, it was spotless. I was given an estimate of 2 weeks for my car to be fixed, and it was done in 1/2 the time. While they got the major issue fixed, my car still had chip marks and scratches that were clearly visible and they did an AWFUL patch job on one of the major ones that made the area feel like cement. On top of this, there were new scratches that weren’t even from the accident. Because they claimed the car was “ready” I had to pay the deductible and make another appointment to bring the car back to get the grill replaced and the other scratches fixed. They didn’t make the appointment until after I had pointed out all of the stuff that hadn’t been looked at and had someone come and look at it. When I came in a second time, it was supposed to be ready by the end of the day but it ended up being an extra 3 days, which costed me to get another rental. I thought it was FINALLY okay until today (about 3 weeks later). I decided it was time to get a car wash after waiting because of the fresh painting and I am still disappointed. There are still scratches and air bubbles on the hood and areas nearby where the deer had hit. I give up trying to go back because they clearly do not pay attention to detail and try to get everything done as quick as possible so they can get your money and move on to the next car. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you truly care about your car.
Best body shop in the area! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to get my vehicle back to me quickly, and the paint and body work looked great!
Sent me lots of texts to update me on every step of the way. Did a great job and the repairs have a lifetime warranty. Was suggested by my insurance company USAA
