I had a great experience with Camping World of Manassas. I found an RV on line and we worked out a deal that was agreeable to both sides. As I’m doing my walk through we found out that side cameras were not part of the coach as I was originally told. Being new to driving a C Class this was important to me. The manager came, in along with the salesman, and they agreed to order and install the cameras.

This is absolutely the worst place to take your RV for service and/or repair. We dropped our RV (2019 Coleman 244BH) off on 6/2/2020. An Insurance claim was made through GEICO for repairs. We were contacted on September 3 2020, saying the the Camper was completed and that we could pick it up. I told the service writer Justin and the service manager Daniel that I wanted to do a walk through to ensure everything was completed. We went there this past Saturday 9/5/2020. The roof had been repaired but the interior work was in shambles and extremely dirty. There were holes in the Luan that have to be replaced, delamination on the floor trim, rusted nails in the closets, evidence of water stains that had not been cleaned or even looked at. I might add that I am a disabled veteran and I have limited resources. I encourage those who either purchase from this dealership and /or take their rigs there for service/warranty work/insurance claim repair to GO ELSEWHERE. If anyone associated with this company (with the exception of Winfield who just started there) were on my fire team. They would have been standing tall before the man. I will NEVER purchase anything from Camping World Manassas again and I encourage everyone to do the same.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I worked with Mike as much salesman and appreciated his thoughtfulness and patience. He has a wealth of knowledge and a lot of experience. Most of all he continues to follow up with me after the sale making me feel like he’s got my back should anything go wrong.

We traded in our small camper on a larger one and are very happy with the service we received. Not only did they give us top dollar on our trade in, there were no hidden fees unlike Gander mountain in Roanoke who tried to charge a couple thousand dollars in added fees. I highly recommend Camping World and will look there first if we ever decide to upgrade.

This place is so cool! My mom and I came here to look at trailers and RVs. We knew absolutely nothing about either, so needless to say we needed some guidance. Everyone was so friendly and nobody treated us like novices, despite our complete lack of RV knowledge! Everyone treated us with respect, and they were all so friendly and welcoming! Plus, they have a TON of trailers, 5th wheels, and RVs that you can go inside of and check out, and they're open on weekends so you can spend your Saturday looking at all of the cool displays! They even have free popcorn for customers to much on while they explore!!
