I LIVE ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING IN A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD, BUT BECAUSE I KNEW THE VALUE OF THE CONTENTS OF MY PACKAGES I REQUESTED THAT THEY BE SENT TO A FEDEX ONSITE AT A WALGREENS. WHAT I DID NOT ANTICIPATE IS YOUR SHADY DELIVERY DRIVER TO COMPLETELY IGNORE MY REQUEST, SIGN MY NAME INCORRECTLY (E. FOXX vs MY NAME....E.FOX) STATING I RECEIVED MY PACKAGES, LEAVE THEM AT MY DOOR EVEN THOUGH BOTH PACKAGES REQUIRED AN ADULT SIGNATURE, AND THEN MARK THEM \DELIVERED\! I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOKING FOR MY PACKAGES BECAUSE THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO THE WALGREENS I DESIGNATED! BUT SINCE YOUR THIEVING DELIVERY DRIVER PURPOSEFULLY LABELED THEM AS JUST DELIVERED VERSUS DELIVERED TO A FRONT DOOR, BACK DOOR, ANY DOOR....I HAD TO CALL! SINCE YOUR RAGGEDY DRIVER WAS OBVIOUSLY AWARE THE PACKAGES CONTAINED HIGH VALUE ITEMS, I'M PRETTY SURE THIS WAS ALL PLANNED TO INCLUDE THEM OPENING MY PACKAGES, STEALING WHAT WAS INSIDE, RE-TAPING THE TORN BAG AND THEN LEAVING THEM AT MY DOOR AS SIMPLY DELIVERED INSTEAD OF DELIVERING THEM TO THE WALGREENS I REQUESTED! THEN TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE I CANNOT BELIEVE THE LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE I HAVE HAD TO ENDURE OVER THE LAST 3 DAYS ATTEMPTING TO CALL YOUR 800-NUMBER JUST TO OPEN A CLAIM!

Great experience. The employee was great in finding my package. I work during FedEx delivery hours and the sender required my signature and wouldn't let me divert it to a FedEx store. The FedEx employee pulled it off the truck for me. Signed for it off I go. Thank you to the FedEx employee.
If I could give a lower review I would. My package has been in transit for 5 days from 45 minutes away. Supposedly the package was delivered to a military base, but my address couldn't be found, even thought it's clearly printed on the box. Next I was going to get the package a day later, that was two days ago. This has to be a joke, for a company that makes tons of money delivering packages every day.
When I had an issue with my package due to confusion from calling the 800 number, I called this location(manassas) directly and Debbie did an amazing job tracking my package and sorted out for pick up before being delivered to an unknown location. She could have told me to call central dispatch , but she was really nice and went out of her way and made it right. I wish all customer service was as good as her.
My package says it was delivered to my house (suburbs) this morning. It was never delivered and is also not at any neighbors or similar addresses on our street.
