DO NOT RECOMMEND. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This company installed 2 gas fireplaces for me last fall during a house renovation. During construction and move-in, the remote for one gas fireplace went missing, so we ordered another remote in October/November. We were told it would take a couple of weeks to receive it, and when they received it, they would call and come out and program it for us. I checked the status at the beginning of December and they gave me a date of the end of December to come out. When I called about that date, they gave me a date of January 7. I called on January 8 when no one came out and they were going to get back to me. I called a few times the following week and spoke with Anna, she was going to take care of it for me. The next week Anna was no longer with the company, and for 2 weeks I have been leaving messages for the Manager Darlene. I have left Darlene at least 5 or 6 messages on different days. Just left another one. Radio silence. What good is 2 fireplaces in the winter when you can't use one?

I called in one morning and spoke with a very rude customer service associate and they redirected me to someone higher up who was very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like having rude remarks and words thrown your way.
The customer service is weak. I don't even get called back.
The showroom is an excellent place to go and get ideas. The people at the shop or very friendly to deal with. They have everything from gas fireplaces to electrical fireplaces. I highly recommend this place. They do new installation and repair. Definitely a one-stop-shop give them a call.
