Since the city isn't opening the skating rink this winter, they've made it into an eating place to support take out from local restaurants. There's tables and chairs and patio heaters spaced around. And the Winter farmers market is in there, allowing it to be under cover, so it has expanded with more vendors than before.

Could be a nice outdoor place but they need to figure out a better way to dry the flooring - extremely slippery. I nearly fell twice just from rain water.

This is an open space to hang around and take pictures. There are a lot of local restaurants offering wide variety of cuisines, The town seems really old have a European Architectural vibe. Overall very welcoming and relaxing place for spending some quality times with your loved ones. There is an old train station and a few rail compartments where you can ride and take pictures. The Most prominent feature of the place is the big and bold writing: Love and Hope, which is lovely.

Nice place to sit for a bit during good weather. Wish there were just a couple more benches. Enjoyed watching the kids practicing their skateboard moves.
