I was in the market for a new computer, looking to upgrade my AMD 3 based system. After shopping around, I decided to explore building one on my own. After spending several days researching, I decided on what I thought would be a good system. Having had a system built by a local computer repair shop in the past, I was comfortable in building a system over buying one from one of the big companies like Dell, HP, Best Buy, etc. Additionally, I wanted to support a local small business. So, I went to Simon at HGS Computers in Manassas. I have no regrets. After reviewing my design and providing suggestions to improve performance, we agreed on a really good system that cost hundreds less than buying from the big guys. Simon knows what he’s doing and completed a professional build. He has great attention to detail and takes pride in his work. He built the computer like it was his own. He is responsive; I ordered the computer on the 10th and it was ready on the 12th. And to top it all off, Simon is personable and was a pleasure to work with. So, if you’re in the market for a new computer for school, work, or gaming, give Simon at HGS Computers a call. Based on my experience with him, you’ll be very pleased you did.

Pablo is by far the most professional and able IT support/repair. He was able to enhance my 4 year old laptop and add at least 2 more years of use. Also was able to recover data from my even older external hard drive. The price for everything was more than reasonable and provided same day service. Even offered info on parts lower cost at another location but I insisted he handle all parts and labor through his shop. I've been around computers since 1980 and this was the best service and experience EVER !!!! Thank you Pablo
