I was so satisfied with this practice at first. But when i found out they partnered with prince william family medicine i only hoped that inova primary wud not become like prince william family medicine. I had a bad experience with prince william family medicine bc they never answered their phones. So i switched to inova primary. Today i called inova primary to schedule an appt. What a disappointment waited 15 min to only get a voicemail. I dont leave messages ever. Ppl take too long to return the call. And i dont schedule appts online bc its complicated. Im not computer savy. Sad now i have to look for another primary. Ridiculous.

My experience there was so perfect my doctor was so amazing she treated me so well and did everything to help and to ensure i was okay and my pregnancy. Would definitely recommend her Verniese Brown, MD. !!

Today was my first of many future visits. I am very pleased with experience! I forgot my insurance card, they didn't hesitate to make the necessary call(s) to get the information they needed. I was very happy how Dr. Reed handled my time in the room. He listened to everything, didn't seem rushed. More updates soon....

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE.They are a bunch of scammers.They lie about the pricing and keeps sending you additional bills.There is no transparency in their prices.I got a test done and they didn't mention if it includes or excludes the office charges on asking and said it's just 100 bucks and later send a bill of 400 bucks adding random additional charges.What were they expecting?That I will give my blood samples in the car or parking lot.Obviously there is going to be a office visit but they never mention you the prices before.And if you confront they are in total denial.THUGS.Will never recommend this place to anyone.
