Great people to work with. I originally went to the dealership that I purchased my car at and they wanted to charge 1600 to switch out my radar. But the service tech here, found a different approach. And we were able to fix my car issue without replacing the radar. I definitely will come back to work with them. Roland was my advisor and he listened to all the issues I had and made sure they were all resolved before returning my car

A great experience from first step inside to the point of having a new key in my hands. Despite facing COVID 19 the staff performed in their completion of their responsibilities in an admirable way. Despite a small bump in the road largely due to my tiredness and hunger we concluded with a deal that left us satisfied for the long haul. Do your due diligence in research. As for the sales staff, large kudos to the entire team starting with Medhat, very knowledgeable about his products. Any questions you have he can answer them. Wish every dealer was like this.

I bought my Honda Accord from Joyce Koons Honda early last year, just before COVID. But I've been meaning to write a review all these months! I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Our salesman Greg Mann was polite, knowledgeable and helpful, and -- unlike most dealerships -- there was no pressure to make a quick decision. We could tell that management cares about the people who work there and their customers. Everyone was friendly with each other and went out of their way to give us a good buying experience. I was also pleased with the price I paid and the excellent follow-up after my purchase. Seriously, I will always go to Joyce Koons Honda for future Honda purchases.

I usually do only oil change and basic services. Replaced my battery recommended by the dealer in 2016, but the battery dead in 2019. when I called them and told them need to replace the battery. Service team mentioned that. We need to run the diagnosis and identify whether it is batter issue or something else. when a other service centers says it is a battery issue. they didn't agree. Then replaced battery with Costco with good customer care. I would better not to come here in the future for my Odyssey.

Recently I got my 2020 Honda CRV EX from these guys and so far everything's good. This was my first vehicle purchase experience in the dealership. I don't actually have a reference of what's good and what's bad, but after talking about my overall experience with people around me and comparing the price I had to pay with others, it seems that I had a pretty good deal. I was offered an internet price which was already a lot lesser than the MSRP. It was quite astonishing that I couldn't further lower it down by a single dollar even though I tried to talk my way through for hours. They were super solid on their pricing. For now, I belong to a 'Happy Customer' category. But, things can always change. Let's see.
