Outrageous bills. 375 for never using the heat in winter in a studio apt.

Yes if you pay your bills on time true you won't get problems. However if you do and the intake worker who puts your money order under someone else's account then shuts off your service. Then you come home to no electricity. And you have to wait till the next day for them to fix it. Not good customer service. Must fix there system or whoever is in putting the finance. Those employees that handle that need to be detailed oriented .

I don’t get the bad reviews, the reps are good and helpful. If you pay your bills you won’t get cut off! This is not a charity, it’s a utility company.. be polite and you’ll get the same, simple as that, don’t expect them to do miracles for you!

Worst utility company EVER. I literally don't want to live in an area they serve bc its so bad. To pay online is the HUGEST hassle and the reps are clearly there bc they must be family. It mostly the inconvenience of online and phone payments; don't lose your password and do not be a day late or you're done. Its 2019.. get with it.

Customer service do not have clear answers and not knowledgeable. Not helpful. Bills are expensive. I do not agree on how they calculate the bills. \Demand fee\ is the worst and the most nonsensical concept / fee.
