They politely responded to all my emails within a matter of minutes. They had no problems when I needed to make changes to my order in the middle of the process. The order was done on time. Engraving was impeccable and they made not a single mistake on the intended wording/spelling on nearly 200 awards.
My fiance and I had recently lost our cat and wanted to have a urn engraved for him. The staff was very helpful and extremely kind. The work was really well done!
