Being someone who works in and prides herself on providing excellent customer service, I was extremely disappointed with my experience I just had with my visit to this location. Being new to the area I wanted to get some wreaths to decorate my home with. Upon entering the area there were workers that were in the area just standing around. No one took the time to greet me or ask me if they could assist me. As I was walking around and trying to figure out where what I wanted was located, I still could not get any help. I went inside the location and again was not provided with helpful customer service from the employee inside. I did ask about military discounts as I am a military veteran and the employee stated yes that the did offer the military discount. So I proceeded to go back outside and try and locate what I wanted all the while still not being greeted or serviced. I ended up finding some wreaths that I liked and proceeded inside to pay for them. The same employee who told me that they did military discounts and I proceeded to show her my military ID then stated oh we only do that for plants. Needless to say due to the lack of service this location provides and how very little they seem to care about the customers that come out to buy things, I will never return to the location. For the 2020 year already being dampened by the COVID you try and grab a bit of holiday cheer to salvage the year and all you get from this location is ba humbug.

great plant shop. they have gravel, pavers, mulch, many native plants. they even deliver within 5 miles. service was pleasant and well informed.

I love support local business but this very “All White”, very unprofessional and not helpful. Poor customer service. I came with infected leaves asking for advice. There were two men sitting outside. No greeting as I approached, and just told they make a spray for my plant and I had to ask if it was something they sold. To be answered with yeah inside, no guidance. I felt like I was an inconvenience. I will not spend my money with them again. To include there Fredericksburg locations. Purchased the plant I had questions about in Fredericksburg. This location also “All White” staff, no greetings and not very helpful Until it came time for me swipe my CC
