The staff are all incredible! I was late getting to my appointment, but they were kind enough to still see me. I was really impressed by the doctor. I need my wisdom teeth out and have been terrified about the procedure because of a long and painful dental history (crowns at 5yrs old, braces, expanders etc.). He was so nice! By focusing on how quick the procedure would be, he made me feel confident in his abilities. And he emphasized that they'd give me something for pain after the procedure, which made me feel taken care of. I'd had a consultation before that scared me by focusing on the pain and risks of the procedure, so the fact that he tried to make me feel comfortable meant a lot to me.

We have been going to this oral surgeon for years. He has taken out all 3 kids' wisdom teeth with no issues. He has done may consultations for us for no charge. He is honest and upfront about the costs and what needs or doesn't need to be done. He has saved us lots of money and pain with his honest opinions.

Charged 196 to give 950 estimate for a service. Went to another oral surgeon, paid 300 for same service. Received bill saying PAST 30 days. Called to pay....they say 2nd bill, but insurance had not paid their portion till ONE week earlier!! Rudest person ever in billing...would not let me finish one sentence when I called to pay bill. THREE strikes in one visit. RUN, don't walk to another oral surgeon.

Dr Jackson has HORRIBLE bedside manner....My first consultation with her I was impressed and I was left feeling confident in a procedure that SHOULD be easy & standard for an oral surgeon... After she removed my top wisdom teeth neither my husband or I was told that there were certain precautions that have to be taken for top wisdom teeth. I was not given the sinus precautions which said its normal to feel my nose running and what not... and I was NOT supposed to blow my nose. Well! I did. Day or so later I called to let her know something was not right, and I kept having liquid come out of my nose after I drank water. She saw me and told me everything was normal. 2 days later I started having discharge from my nose that was highlighter yellow and literally smelled like feces.. I called her and she proceeded to belittle me and make it feel like I was worrying for nothing that it was normal... THIS IS NOT NORMAL! I now have to get sinus surgery to correct a chronic sinus infection that has not been corrected after 3 different antibiotics...oh and spurs, AND now a deviated septum. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR IF YOU WANT A DR THAT CARES!!!
