Look no further: this is where you want to bring your vacuum in for repairs or to buy a new one! Charles is extremely knowledgeable and very customer-focused and will not attempt to up-sell or outright lie to you like many other vacuum sales personnel. We brought our beloved c. 2002 Miele Silver Moon in for service and it was done to our satisfaction. Very pleased and we will be recommending this business to others. Worth the drive no matter where in Northern Virginia you are coming from!

Charles is the man! Was able to get my old machine back up and running within the day after I accidentally got a large object lodged in my brush. Wonderful inventory if you’re shopping for something, very knowledgeable and friendly staff!
The first time I went to this store was to clean and service our old vacuum cleaner. The gentleman who answered my questions and serviced our vacuum, Charles, was very honest and knowledgeable. A year after, when we needed to buy a new one, he recommended \miele\. They are expansive but very reliable and efficient and we are so thankful. We moved to another city then but still take our vacuum to store for yearly service and buy bags although they might be cheaper and easier to buy online. I definitely recommend this store and take advice from Charles.

We have a 6-7 year old Dyson that was having all sorts of issues. I walked in on a Monday and Charles identified the problem immediately. Gave me a repair estimate (not cheap, but that was mostly for the part) for me to make a decision. Decided to leave it for repair. He called me on Wednesday saying it was ready for pickup. I’m not exaggerating when I say that the vacuum looked brand stinking new. We have a beagle that sheds like crazy (he commented on the amount of pet hair that was in the machine after all these years). All of that was cleared out. Some really bad smells that the thing had were gone. I’m not kidding - it looks new. Better yet - it works like it’s brand new. Took it for a spin and it was great. They guarantee their work for 2 years. Great place!!
