We have had Parrish for our heating and a/c maintenance for 6 years. Recently and in the past they have done electrical work as well. I have found them to be on time, reliable, patient and well versed in each of their positions. There hasn't been a visit where they have let us down. The office addresses any issues if one should arise.

It was a simple repair requested.. replace a sewage pump that we provided, and update the connecting PVC. The tech arrived, and began the work, he found shortly he was missing a connector, left for an hour, came back and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. After he left we found the PVC had not been replaced at all. This became a service charge of 592.00 I was expecting half that as most plumbers run 150-200 for something simple.We were told upfront about a 106 service charge that would be deducted (it wasnt) but nothing about what the flat rate was described. Final bill was 700. . After multiple calls we had the 106 refunded. We have used Parrish for a number of years for Geothermal service, since 2019 we have had issues with a lack of available techs. We expected afterr 5 years of loyalty of paying monthly for premier service we would have caught a break.. we didn't. Loyalty is not rewarded, which is a real shame. Final thoughts? Over priced and under delivered.

Joe did a great job on my toilet installation. He is very honest and a true asset to the company. He has come to my home in the past to perform other jobs. He performed the work quickly and left my bathroom clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Parrish in the future. All of the employees from the scheduling coordinators to the technicians are very professional.
