I've put up with their krapp for 5 years because I like my doctor Hes gone now. If you want an appointment you must go to the facility walk up to the window And make your appointment Don't waste your time calling they will never pick up the phone I've been trying for 2 weeks 3 times a week Put on hold After 10 minutes I hang up. Usually when a business will not answer their phone means they gone out of business This must be the case with Prince William family medicine in masassas on Ashton Avenue. Take it from me I've been dealing with them for 5 years They will never ever pick up the phone Like me you're better off getting another doctor

I had a great experience as a new patient. Dr. White was Amazing! She patiently answered all of my questions and provided valuable recommendations. The office staff were all nice and friendly. I don't understand the bad reviews; this practice has been noting but professional to me. I higly recommend Dr. White to anyone seeking a new physician!

I'd give -0 stars if possible. They are ridiculous. I was told they accept my insurance and there'd be no problem. Boy was I wrong. They only did video calls I was in one for 2 min the most. Now they are charging me over 260 for it. I'm appalled. They never even took care of my symptoms. I wish I never set foot there.

I've been a patient here for 10 years, and have rarely had a bad experience outside of a very rude receptionist who was no there at my last visit a few weeks ago. I love all the staff and medical personnel. They've caught so many health issues before they became a problem and I'm very pleased with the practice overall. This last visit, they had this new electronic check in which really streamlined the process. I was able to scan my new insurance card, update my personal info including who else could see my account. I also had the option to add a card with an amount they could charge, and I think that's perfectly fair. I want my doctors to get paid for their hard work, so I gladly gave the information. My mistake there was giving an amount more than 50 because I got a charge yesterday for the full cost of a visit. I received no email or text warning me this was happening or why, or even a receipt for the charge. Turns out, my husband had a visit a few weeks prior and they didn't update his insurance (but they did mine) even though he scanned it, and they used my debit card from my account, which is unlikely to be on his account. Very unprofessional. I called them and we made a plan to fix it, but it leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
