I would give 0 stars if I could. I tried to pay a speeding ticket online like I was told I could. It did not show up with any kind of cost, so it was not allowing me to pay for it. I called the clerks office 4 days in a row, and after being left on hold for almost an hour and then HUNG UP ON, I finally reached someone. They stated that there was nothing they could do and the only option was to wait until it posted, and they would add an additional administrative fee because it was MY fault i didn't pre pay. Even though I couldn't due to there not being a cost listed. The clerk over the phone was extremely rude. From reading other reviews, it doesn't look like I'm the only one with these issues.

I called at roughly 1430 and was on hold for about an hour and a half. Then the moment the clock it 1600 I heard the sound of the reciever being picked up a small pause and then immediately clicked to hang up. Almost as if they chose not to answer in the first place and waited till closing time to justify it. I'd love to speak with someone on the matter.
Worst court in the world. Was on for 1 hour and then someone hung up on me. I was trying to pay my mom's speeding ticket but there is no option to pay it online or through phone. I was going to pay for through mail, but I couldn't know the final price of the ticket since the clerk didn't pick up. It's a shame, really.
I spent well over an hour trying to call them about a simple ticket and didn't get a single person, see you guys in court when you try to say I'm avoiding my ticket I guess... hope you have a damn good lawyer...
Clerk's office is the worst. I called 10 times on Friday starting at 3:35 pm trying to get in touch with someone about my case scheduled for the following Monday morning, and their offices were closed. I even sent a messenger note through Face Book trying to get in touch with someone. I listened to their message stating their office hours were Monday - Friday from 0800 to 4:00 pm. I guess that means only when they don't want to close early to start their weekend. This is not the service that the tax payers are looking for.
