A pipe leading to my water heater burst on Thanksgiving. Frantically, I called ServPro of Prince William County on a friend's recommendation who went through a similar ordeal. The person who answered the phone was delightful and immediately calmed me down. Shortly after my initial call, the Serve Pro team arrived. They were very detailed in explaining the process and eased my fears of potential mold damage. The team completed the work quickly and efficiently.
