Two stars because the facility is pretty nice, it’s in a location right off the road, food is good. my children love skating. I will never come back. Mask clearly are not mandatory at all. The staff and management do not remind the customers to pull up or put on the mask. When I brought it to the attention of management twice, the first time I was told “yes it is required.” The second person said “it’s not required, it considered excessive exercise”. I’ve been to crystals in temple hills and they make sure there customers are masked if not eating. So I don’t want to hear it. Won’t be back. They don’t care
Mask rules need to be enforced! I will certainly be calling the local news and reporting this news hopefully civilians will not be interested in coming in the overcrowded place with no mask rules. They are not even sanitizing this place . this is ridiculous! God bless America !
We went there to celebrate my daughter's birthday with a small gathering and had a better time than expected! One thing I want to point out is there are people there that are professionals and some of them enjoy skating so fast it puts a wind in your hair... Which is scary when your four year old is skating in place still trying to figure things out. This rink has referees to protect those littles! That was so appreciated and amazing! They would stand there blocking my kids if they fell and help my kids get to the center (the safe zone) which is almost the same as letting your child cross a highway of speedy cars. We will be back!!!
We went on teens night most people were following Guidelines wearing mask some weren’t you must use your own discretion! We had a blast it was teens night so of course it was crowded but music was good it was fun and the staff were very pleasant and friendly! Will be coming back, establishment was clean as far as bathrooms and we found a table ! Didn’t eat here but other people were so I’m assuming it was good!
