Doctor Boutros has a great bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable. His staff is kind professional and efficient. Kelly in the Optical department (is that the glasses department?) is also very knowledgeable and super nice. Highly recommend!

The appointment booking process needs work. You can only book LASIK consultation appointments on their website, but that isn't clearly communicated, so when I arrived for what I thought was my ophthalmologist appointment,I was told that I had a optometry appointment and they ophthalmologist wasn't working that day. I had even spoken to them via email and phone to confirm I needed to see the ophthalmologist. The front desk and booking system needs work. All that being said,I hadn't had an optometry exam in a long time,so since I was already there,I had that exam. The staff and optometrist were very nice and accommodating. I'm in an electric wheelchair that necessitated moving of exam equipment and everyone was super helpful. I see the ophthalmologist today. So hopefully this rating will only go up from here.

Optometrist wanted a crazy amount of money to replace lenses in existing glasses 260. Then I was told my PD was not something that was measured and it would be a 30 fee to get it done when the technician clearly measured it while I was in the exam room. How do I know? Because I’ve worn glasses for 23 years. But was given my RX to get glasses made somewhere else? Had planned to take the rest of my family to this place but will not!
