I google searched a firm for my worker's compensation case and when I called for info the receptionist was nice so I scheduled an appointment with them. I spoke with two other lawyers at other firms. Mr. Reed whom I spoke with here was polite and honest and confident in his abilities and the case so I hired him on. He told me this wouldn't be a quick process going in, and I appreciate that. I was very concerned and worked tireless to gather and provide as much info as possible because time is limited with appointed representation due to heavy caseloads.
