Got a cowboy hat for Christmas that didn’t fit. Went to exchange it for different size. They wouldn’t exchange it because it had lint on it.

Great place!!!! First time in years since I've been there. Great customer service and very helpful. Needed to buy a dress hat and they were very helpful. If you want great service and a great selection of western outfits, this is the place. Not a big box store.

Before this used to be a great store when this one old man used to run it because he was so kind and generous and now these grumpy ladies run it that have no manners and are super rude to customers
