I have done several shops for 360 intel over the past year. I FOLLOW DIRECTIONS WELL so I’ve never had issues with my shops. However the most recent shop I did I missed an important detail about the shop and I was promptly contacted by someone from the shopper help desk, they quickly instructed me on how to fix the issue and we closed the shop. Payment came promptly as scheduled. This company is great to work with and I hope to continue doing shops for them as long as they need me to! Thanks for your help and very professional service.
