The gentleman who came over was on time and very well informed. I had him look at two appliances and he gave me honest info, even when it meant they were too far gone to use his service. You can't beat that honesty.

I could have overlooked their missed appointment and less than experienced technician if they cared at all about my customer service. If you don't get Brian for a technician I would cancel the appointment. **edit to post** I like how they take their time to address my concerns publicly and wish me “luck” but my call to give them a chance to address my concern was turned into a “my problem” and excuses. Not caring about my disappointing customer experience is why my business will go to another business. Maybe if they knew I owned 5 rental properties they would have cared more. Buyer beware. Good luck.

I was able to get a tech to our house in a reasonable amount of time. The tech came on time, after calling from the road to ascertain we were home. He was professional and polite, diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and was on his way.

The repairman cleared all the visible ice clogging our freezer but warned that the drain was not readily accessible without a time consuming costly process and it too might be clogged with ice or other debris. Sure enough the ice returned in short order but, by following his instructions, we were able, after moving all our food without loss, to fully defrost our refrigerator for over 36 hours - also taking the opportunity to thoroughly clean it. The clog in the drain was only ice and all is now operating properly at the cost of only a single basic service call.
