Evan and Dave were great! They phoned me to tell me that they were 30 minutes away which is always great when you are waiting for a home appointment! They were both so friendly and thorough in explaining the process, we felt safe having them in our homes as they were masked at all times during these COVID times. The owner even stopped by to introduce himself which I thought was wonderful. The before and after pictures were so interesting to see! We would highly recommend Armstrong!!!

Armstrong's service was extremely polite and efficient. They wore masks, took shoes off when asked, did more than needed (removed a dead mouse!) and were polite and helpful throughout the process. Their work appeared effective, and offering before and after photos as part of the after-action report was much appreciated.
