I went to this establishment by myself on a Monday night knowing that it wouldn’t be busy. When I arrived I was the only paying individual however I waited over 45 minutes to get my hookah while the employee sat in the back and did their own hookah. Shortly after I finally got all set up, another couple arrived and they were served instantly. Not too thrilled about the service.

If I could provide zero stars I absolutely would! The per person price verses price per hookah was absolutely outrageous. If you walk in as one person you will pay 21 for your hookah but if accompanied 42 for a single hookah another individual would have paid 21 for. Treated as a club with coverage and not a hookah lounge! After being seated close to people (less than 6 feet apart) we moved ourselves to avoid troubling the host only to be met with attitude and a scolding about moving without permission.. apparently we are thought of as children!? I ordered a 9 salad only to realize it was simply a prepackaged chopped salad, clearly not prepped in house that was wilted and brown. It was delivered to our table in a to go container despite being seated in house. Clearly a que to leave, gladly! Never will I return and I advise you, if you want good hookah food and drinks avoid this location. If you can, the drive to Springfield or hartford is worth it as you will still save money after paying gas cost.

Soo much fun here. Gotta get there early to get good tables. Bring your own bottle pay 20 for the bottle 20 entrance. Dope. Open till 3 am
